Dear President Obama: Help with Your Taliban-ned and Al Q-Hide-a Problem

Dear President Obama: 

I have calculated how many troops to send to Afghanistan to completely remove the Taliban-ned and Al Q-hide-a. Send 1.75 TRILLION troops and have each soldier occupy a "comfortable" 4 square feet and then that will completely cover the country and there will be no more room for anyone else.

Of course there are not quite that many people in the entire USofA, so you may have to relax the immigration policies.

Actually, excuse me, I have just been told there aren't even that many people on the planet, so you are going to have to REALLY relax immigration policies and maybe use REALLY illegal aliens (green ones, shiny space craft, big heads, Roswell).
