The Half Baked Driving Danger

Here is a question I thought up two days ago: I wonder if American truck drivers have a higher rate of skin cancer on the left side of their head versus the right, with British drivers having the opposite phenomenon?

My second thought was that it might be really noticeable for Americans who only ever drove in a westward manner, and then on the return airplane flight sat in a rear facing seat on the right side of the aeroplane right by the window or corresponding AmTrak scenario.
