I saw this potato product packaged in a pair of pairs while groc shopping.
So called "Smart POTATOES" on the right, a sack of similar potatoes on the left.
The Smart POTATOES are hand selected and then cleaned in a special manner. Then they are shrink wrapped. I wonder what's wrong with the way I wash my potatoes? And I hand pick mine as well, from the stack of availables in the store.
The Smart POTATOES cost 50 percent more than the regular potatoes that appear the same to me. Plus: Smart POTATOES are only sold in groups of eXactly four. HAH! I bought just THREE potatoes today, eXactly the number I wanted. And if I would have needed five, well, you see where I'm going with that. $$$
