My son far away had the back of his vehicle massively splashed with paint. We don't have any idea why this happened. He knows few people where he lives and doesn't know of any personal enemies. His out of pocket expenses will be at least $500 to get it repaired.

I never understand why people do stuff like this. But maybe someone thought his car belonged to someone else and was not happy with them for some reason.
He could put a little sign in the back saying 'Please note this car belongs to someone else'.

RZT: I saw that it was a Japanese vehicle and remembered the senseless demonstrations in China against Japanese products and companies recently, so who knows. This is the same child who had his bumper stolen from his pickup truck while it was parked at an apartment complex a few years ago in AmariLLo TX.
Some people are just not right. How do you even think something like this up, you just ramdonly have a can of paint you don't need, plan the time and the place, pick a car or play eenie, meenie, hope that no one sees you?
fmcgmccllc: I am hoping that more places wiLL have video surveillence as time goes on and the equipment becomes both better and cheaper. That is my neXt big ticket item to purchase soon.
