Connected

Today

my mother and I

were in two separate chat rooms

at the same time talking

just to each other,

yet it was the 'same' room far away

c]-o~n-n-e~c-t~e-[d

by wires-more-or-less,

she in her kitchen, and I in my kitchen,

far and near away,

chatting and chuckling,

cutting and cooking.
