Today is a very good day to pile lotza things on top of you so that certain other things don't escape (as easily), things like heat.
I shall assist this thermodynamic process by doing an activity I call eat.
I like right-ing silly poetry that is so -sweat-.
(Perhaps I am retaining too much heat, that was s'pposed to be 'sweet' not 'sweat')
(If you accidentally pronounced -sweat- in the third line as sweet with a long e sound, you should seek medical help soon, as you are being heavily influenced by rhyming patterns and this could seriously and dangerously affect your life, such as improper use of recipes, driving heavy machinery, or playing with babies.)

I usually retain heat via my feet. If ever I'm feeling chilly, I wear socks, and quickly warm up, and if I'm all cosy in a blanket I have to take my socks off as the top half of me is lovely and snug but the bottom half is uncomfortably hot!! Damn imbalance in body temp.
I always get hot when I eat.
In China they leave cute little cards on my bed that say, Sweat Dreams. I wonder who told them I am menopausal.
My husband bought a soda in Japan called Sweat.
I am sweat obsessed today.
I used to have an office that was reaLLy a computer room, as well as a computer repair shop, all in the space of a typical sized office, so it generated a bunch of heat. Fortunately I had my own air conditioner and kept the place at about 69-70 F.
